Associate Professor Arlen Duke researches competition policy reform, digital market regulation, and IP interfaces at Melbourne Law School. Former Associate Dean (JD) teaching Competition Law, Contracts, and Unilateral Conduct. Examines extraterritorial application of competition laws and regulatory responses to platform power.
