Taru Feldt is a full Professor and Vice Head of Department at the University of Jyväskylä's Faculty of Education and Psychology, specifically within the Department of Psychology. Her work focuses on well-being and motivation at work, with longitudinal studies examining occupational well-being across diverse sectors including healthcare, education, and managerial roles.
