Sanna Markkula works as a Project Researcher at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Education and Psychology, University of Jyväskylä. Her research focuses on career shocks in healthcare and social services, work meaningfulness interventions (MEANWELL project), and mindfulness-based approaches to burnout prevention.
