Milla Saajanaho is a Researcher at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, University of Jyväskylä, where she coordinates the Doctoral Programme in Education and contributes to the EDUCA (Education for the Future) Flagship. Her work focuses on aging populations, mental well-being, health behavior patterns, and longitudinal developmental studies. She is actively involved in the Jyväskylä Longitudinal Study of Personality and Social Development (JYLS), particularly the TRAILS project examining transitions at age 60 and mental well-being.
