Sanni Pöysä is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, University of Jyväskylä. Her research focuses on teacher well-being, student engagement, and teacher-student interaction dynamics, with particular emphasis on pandemic impacts. She holds a PhD in Education (2020) and a Master of Education (classroom and special education).
