Susan Stewart is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Western Illinois University, College of Business and Technology, Department of Management and Marketing. She serves as a Senior Consulting I/O Psychologist for the Management Resource Group in Davenport, IA, and has held leadership roles as Faculty Leader of the Study Abroad Program to Dublin since 2015 and advisor to the Society for Human Resource Management Student Chapter. Her work bridges academic excellence with practical applications in organizational behavior and student engagement.

Her research also explores student engagement and its intersection with leadership development, reflecting her commitment to advancing organizational behavior and management practices.
