Matthew J. Stollak is an Associate Professor of Business Administration - Management and Discipline Coordinator at the Schneider School of Business & Economics, St. Norbert College. He has been with the institution since 2002, teaching courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, diversity, and business statistics. His research focuses on the impact of social media and technology on HR practices. He is actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), holding leadership roles at local, state, and national levels, including co-chairing the Wisconsin State SHRM Conference and advising the award-winning SNC SHRM Student Chapter.
