Dr. Patricia Ann Meglich is a Professor of Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha's College of Business Administration. She holds a PhD from Kent State University, an MBA from Cleveland State University, and a BSBA from Bowling Green State University. Her research focuses on dysfunctional workplace behaviors such as bullying and abusive supervision, with publications in journals like the Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. She teaches Human Resource Management, Staffing, and Talent Development courses and advises the student Human Resources Association. Dr. Meglich is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Ljubljana and teaches at MCI Innsbruck, Austria. She actively engages with local businesses through executive education programs and volunteers in service-learning projects for organizations like the Women's Center for Advancement and Valmont Industries. She serves as Nebraska State SHRM Certification Director and coaches student HR Games teams.
