Xing Liu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina (2020), she specializes in organizational behavior, team dynamics, and workplace inclusion. Her research examines trust mechanisms, cultural intelligence, and diversity management in workplace settings.
