Steve DiCroce

Steve DiCroce is a full-time Assistant Professor and Program Director for Human Resource Management programs at Regis University's Anderson College of Business and Computing. With over 35 years of teaching experience at Regis, he primarily instructs graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management and Leadership. Prior to his academic career, he served as a Regional VP of Labor Relations at a Fortune 25 company with 37 years of HR experience, including 25 years in senior HR leadership roles.
