Rebecca Albertini

Rebecca Albertini is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Doctor of Business Administration and MS in Organizational Leadership programs at National Louis University's Graduate School of Business. She teaches in the MS in Human Resource Management and Development, MS in Organizational Leadership, and Doctor of Business Administration programs. Prior to her current role, she served as an adjunct instructor for four years, engaging in faculty governance through the Faculty Adjunct Council and Faculty Senate. She co-advises the NLU SHRM Student Chapter and is a board member of Youth Outlook, a non-profit serving LGBT+ youth in Chicago suburbs.

Her education includes an MBA from the University of Illinois at Springfield and doctoral work in Business Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her research focuses on workplace bullying from an HR leadership perspective and organizational preparedness. She holds certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified HR Professional (PHR), and Certified Association Executive (CAE).

Her teaching philosophy emphasizes practical application of business laws and regulations through real-life examples to build student confidence and professional readiness.
