Dr. Amy McGinnis is a Lecturer III in the Management Department at Central Michigan University's College of Business, where she also serves as the inaugural Director of Student Experience in the Student Engagement and Professional Development Hub. She teaches courses in human resources, management, and organizational behavior, bringing extensive industry experience from prior roles including Director of Strategy at CMU and HR positions at Lansing Community College.
