Joyce LeMay

Joyce LeMay is an Associate Professor of Business at Bethel University's College of Arts and Sciences. With over 30 years of experience in human resource management and consulting in organizations and higher education, her expertise spans strategic management, HR analytics, organizational culture, and ethical business practices. She joined Bethel in 2006 and teaches courses such as Managing Organizations and People, Human Resources with Analytics, and Strategic Management.

LeMay is actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association (TCHRA).
