Christi Sanders

Christi Sanders is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Colorado Mesa University, where she also serves as MBA Director and HR concentration coordinator for the BBA program. She holds a DBA in Leadership from Walden University and advanced degrees in HR and Communication from Tarleton State University.

Her academic and professional expertise spans employment law, compensation, recruitment, adult education, and instructional design.
