Christopher DeClerk

Christopher DeClerk is a Lecturer in the School of Business at the University of North Texas at Dallas. He also serves as Program Coordinator for the Organizational Behavior/Human Resources program. With over 25 years of active human resources leadership experience, he joined the UNT Dallas faculty as an adjunct in 2017 before transitioning to full-time in 2020.

Educational background includes:

• BS in International Business and Spanish from Arkansas State University
• MBA from University of Phoenix (Oklahoma City campus)
• MA in Psychology from American Public University
• Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix Online School of Advanced Studies

His research interests focus on organizational behavior, human resources, and total rewards systems. Dr. DeClerk brings practical industry expertise to his teaching, having held senior HR roles like Total Rewards Vice President and Director.
