Stephanie Craig

Dr. Stephanie Craig is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Marietta College, appointed in 2020. She holds a BS in Elementary Education (Indiana University, 2002), an MA in Curriculum and Instruction (Olivet Nazarene University, 2010), and a PhD in Special Education (University of Kansas, 2020). Her career includes nine years of teaching grades 3-6 in Columbus, Indiana, followed by five years coaching teachers on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) implementation.

Her research focuses on professional development strategies and UDL implementation, particularly in special education contexts. She teaches courses such as Class Management, Instructional Methods for Mild/Moderate Learners, and Early Childhood Transition Seminars. Her work emphasizes inclusive educational practices and teacher training.
