Dr. Siham Aboujanah is a Teaching Fellow in Leadership and Management at Aston Business School, part of Aston University's College of Business and Social Sciences. With over 15 years of experience in UK higher education, she specializes in programme leadership, quality assurance, and teaching in Human Resources Management (HRM) and Organisational Behaviour. She has held roles such as Programme Leader for MBA HRM, MSc Project Management, and BA Global Business Management, contributing to curriculum development across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
