Dr. Myrtle Emmanuel is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich, part of the Faculty of Business. She also serves as the EDI Race Advisor to the Vice Chancellor. Her professional credentials include a PhD, MSc, and BA (Hons), alongside memberships in SFHEA, MCIPD, and CMBE.

Research Interests: Her work focuses on HRM strategies, organisational behaviour dynamics, and advancing EDI initiatives. She has extensive experience in leadership training, particularly in public sector contexts like NHS newcomer equality training and CIPD course development. Her expertise spans both academic programme leadership (e.g., MA HRM Programme leadership) and practical training delivery for organisations such as London Boroughs and Norwich City Council.
Advisory Roles: As EDI Race Advisor, she drives institutional equity policies. Previously, she held roles as Principal Lecturer at London Metropolitan University and Programme Leader for CIPD-accredited HRM programmes. She has also contributed freelance research and L&D consulting across multiple sectors.
