Sarah Ford

Sarah Ford is a Senior Lecturer in HRM, Leadership, and Enterprise at the University of Sunderland, where she serves as Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Business and HRM. She oversees curriculum development, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and supports students' academic and career guidance. Her research explores academics’ experiences of student incivility in UK higher education, aiming to deepen understanding of incivility dynamics and institutional navigation strategies.

She holds qualifications such as the CMI Professional Coaching Practice (Level 5) and is an active member of the Coaching and Women’s Networks. Her professional affiliations include SFHEA, CIPD Chartered Membership, and CMI Associate Membership.
