Dr Julia Morgan, currently serving as Head of the Leadership Centre at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University, is a Chartered Member of CIPD with a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership and an MSc in HRM. She develops innovative leadership education programs and bridges theoretical knowledge with practical industry experience.
