Dr Beena Manoj is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL), University of the West of England (UWE Bristol). She previously served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Centre for Business in Society (CBiS), Coventry University, where she investigated the workplace experiences of South Asian and ethnic minority women in multinational organisations.
