Dr. Shipeng YAN is an Assistant Professor of Management and Strategy at HKU Business School, The University of Hong Kong. With a sociological orientation, he specializes in ESG issues and political economy from an organization theory perspective. His research has been published in top management journals including Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, and Journal of International Business Studies. He serves as Deputy Editor for Organization & Environment and Senior Editor for Management and Organization Review.

Dr. YAN's research focuses on the intersection of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, political economy, and organization theory.
