Seth Owusu-Mante is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Environment & Resource Policy (The Fletcher School, Tufts University). He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) from The Fletcher School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana. His work focuses on addressing climate, energy, and environmental policy challenges in developing and emerging economies, emphasizing international development and global governance frameworks.

Research Interests: Seth’s research integrates theoretical and practical policy analysis to tackle real-world challenges.
