Rose Shepherd is a Lecturer in Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield's Management School, affiliated with the Institute of Work Psychology (IWP). She holds a BSc (First Class) in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Distinction), and is currently completing a part-time PhD. Her research focuses on crowd behavior management, organizational safety, and socio-technical systems thinking. She has secured over £290k in research funding from bodies like the ESRC and EPSRC.
