Clifford Stott is a Professor of Social Psychology at Keele University and serves as Dean of Research in the Faculty of Natural Sciences. He leads Keele’s Policing Academic Collaboration (KPAC) and has held roles such as Principal Research Fellow at the University of Leeds and Visiting Professorships globally. His research focuses on social identity processes in crowd behavior, public order policing, and riot dynamics. Notably, he advised on policing strategies for UEFA Euro 2004 and led the Pan-European Football Police Training Project.
