Prof Ros Jennings is Head of Postgraduate Research and Co-Director of the Centre for Women Ageing and Media/Methods (WAM) at the University of Gloucestershire. She leads the annual WAM International Summer School and holds roles in research degree management and policy development. As a qualitative methods specialist, she focuses on ageing, media, and gender, pioneering the 'Inheritance Tracks' method to explore identity through music across generations.

Research Interests: Combats cultural ageism through activism and collaborative research. Develops interdisciplinary methods like autoethnography and intergenerational music analysis. Engages with media representations of ageing, particularly for women, and contributes to the Ageing, Communication, Technologies (ACT) project.
Advising & Grants: Supervises PhD research in qualitative methodologies and examines theses globally. Active in postgraduate training and strategic research policy.
Labs/Teams: Leads WAM Centre and collaborates internationally via ACT project.
