Dr Libby Drury is a Reader in Social and Organisational Psychology and School Research Ethics Officer at Birkbeck Business School, University of London. Her work bridges social psychology and organizational studies to address ageism, intergenerational relationships, and workplace discrimination.

Dr Drury’s research focuses on age stereotypes, stereotype threat, and social identity theory, using experimental and mixed methods to study biases in resume screening and workplace dynamics.
