Dr. Hannah Swift is a Reader in Social and Organisational Psychology at the School of Psychology, University of Kent. She serves as Programme Director for the Organisational and Business Psychology MSc and conducts research on ageism, age-based stereotypes, and their impacts on performance, hiring, and well-being. Her work spans experimental, survey, and policy-oriented studies.
