Ranjit Das serves as a Senior Teaching Fellow at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation within Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, leveraging over 20 years of industry HR leadership experience from BP, DHL, Credit Suisse, and GE to bridge academic theory with real-world business challenges.
