Jan Nelson is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the University of Richmond and an Executive Partner at the Mason School of Business, College of William & Mary. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and global HR practitioner with over 30 years of experience at GE Healthcare, she specializes in executive coaching, leadership transitions, and organizational development.
