Silvia Bagdadli is an Associate Professor of Business Organization and HRM at Bocconi University's Department of Management and Technology and a Professor at SDA Bocconi School of Management. She directs the Specialized Master of Science in Organization and Human Resources Management (MasterOP) and previously led the Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management for multinational HR executives from 2008-2014.
Her academic credentials include a degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Management, both earned at Bocconi University.
Research focuses on Strategic Human Resource Management, Talent and Leadership development, and Career Management through a comparative international lens. She examines intersections between individual career trajectories and organizational structures, addressing contemporary workforce dynamics in global business contexts.
Recent publications (2021-2023) reveal consistent emphasis on practical HR solutions across diverse contexts: family-owned SMEs adopting B Corp models, creative industry career narratives, gender-inclusive human capital development, group coaching for innovation, and cross-cultural career success metrics. These works demonstrate methodological diversity spanning case studies, multi-country surveys, and psychometric validation.

Bagdadli combines academic leadership with extensive industry collaboration, having directed MasterOP since 2003 and conducted projects across multiple sectors.
