Flavia Mirabelli is an Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School, part of Luiss Guido Carli University, where she has collaborated for over six years. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Hitachi Rail, bringing over 30 years of international experience in Human Resources management across multinational companies including Alitalia, Bombardier Transportation, and Piaggio Aerospace-Mubadala Group.

Her professional journey spans service and manufacturing sectors with global responsibility for HR functions across headquarters in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland. She holds a degree in Literature and Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome, complemented by a Master's in HR Management from ISMO-Milan and advanced training at SDA Bocconi.
