Silvia Bagdadli is an Associate Professor of Business Organization and Human Resource Management at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, University of Bocconi. She has served as Director of the Specialized Master of Science in Organization and Human Resources Management (MasterOP) since 2021 and previously held the same role from 2003 to 2008. From 2008 to 2014, she directed the Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management. She holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification.
Her research bridges micro-individual and macro-organizational perspectives in career development, talent management, and HRM, with a focus on international comparative studies.
