Raja Fatricia is a PhD Candidate in Marketing at Lancaster University and holds a Teaching Associate position within the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). She completed an MSc in Marketing at the University of Groningen (The Netherlands), supported by the StuNed Scholarship. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, marketing communication, and sustainable consumption, particularly exploring the interplay between environmental anxiety and consumer purchasing decisions related to certified palm oil. She employs quantitative methodologies in her work.
Currently, she serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the 'Introduction to Marketing' course (MKTG101) since October 2020. Her academic journey includes a DIKTI scholarship-funded PhD program at Lancaster University (2019–2022) and a StuNed-supported master’s degree (2009–2011).
Her 2024 publication in the Journal of Indonesian Legal Studies addresses housemaid protection frameworks through human rights perspectives, reflecting her interdisciplinary engagement with legal and social issues. Awards include significant scholarships recognizing academic merit and international collaboration.
Raja Fatricia’s professional activities also include office hours on Thursdays, contributing to student mentorship and academic advising within LUMS.
