Professor Paurav Shukla is the Professor of Marketing and Head of the Digital and Data Driven Marketing Department at the Southampton Business School, University of Southampton. His research focuses on luxury consumption, brand management, and cross-cultural consumer behavior, with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. He has held visiting professorships at institutions like Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Aalto University. His work bridges academia and industry through corporate training, consulting, and advisory roles globally. Paurav is renowned for his contributions to luxury branding research, ranking in the top 2% globally in citations. He actively supervises PhD students in comparative consumer behavior and luxury marketing.
