Paul Gollan is a Senior Professor of Management in the Faculty of Business at the University of Wollongong, serving as Pro-Vice Chancellor (South East Asia) and Dean of Academic Programs (INTI). He has held leadership roles including Director of the MBA programs at Sydney Business School and Director of the Australian Institute for Business and Economics at the University of Queensland. With an MSc and PhD from the London School of Economics, his expertise spans management, human resources, and industrial relations. He has authored 16 books, including The Oxford Handbook of Participation in Organizations, and over 60 journal articles. Recognized as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute, Gollan’s research explores employee voice, workplace partnerships, and organizational agility. His service roles include trustee of CEDA and director at Kincoppal-Rose Bay School. Recent work focuses on wage dynamics, workplace safety, and migrant worker integration.
