Adrian Wilkinson is a Distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management at Griffith University's Business School, leading the Department of Management. He previously held roles at Loughborough University (UK) and the Manchester School of Management. As Founding Director of Griffith's Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing (2006–2020), he pioneered research in employee voice, healthcare HRM, and organizational wellbeing.
Education: PhD from Durham University (1986–1991), MSc and BSc (Business) from the London School of Economics (1982–1986). Awards include recognition in Stanford's top 2% cited scientists and HR's Most Influential International Thinker shortlist.
