Dr. Anne Vo is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business, Faculty of Business and Law, University of Wollongong. With over 15 years of experience as an HR practitioner, educator, and researcher, she specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM) across Asia, including Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asian nations. Her research emphasizes HRM practices in multinational companies, cross-border policy transfers, gender equity, and psychological contracts in workplaces.
She co-authored the influential 11th edition of Human Resource Management (Wiley 2024), a leading Australian textbook in HRM. A 2023 CiteSpace analysis ranked her as Vietnam's most prominent HRM scholar by publication and citation impact.
