Yu Zheng is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies at the School of Business and Management, Royal Holloway, University of London. Her research focuses on international HRM, labor mobility, and management practices in multinational corporations (MNCs), particularly Chinese and Japanese firms.

Yu Zheng’s publications span interdisciplinary themes, combining Human Resource Management with International Business, Migration Studies, and Technology in Workforce Management. Her ongoing projects include the political economy of Chinese investments and transparency in technology-driven organizations.

She serves on the advisory committee of the Euro-Asia Management Studies Association (EAMSA) and is a member of the Centre for Workplace Research in Asian Societies (CWRAS).
