Anne-Katrin Haubold

Prof. Dr. Anne-Katrin Haubold is a Professor of Human Resource Management at HTW Dresden and currently serves as Prorector for Teaching and Studies. She holds a PhD from the University of Göttingen and a Master’s degree (with distinction) from the University of Kent. Her research focuses on demographic change, digitalization in work environments, and HRM challenges in service sectors like elderly care. She co-leads the Human Factors and Resources working group and advises companies on these topics. Prof. Haubold supervises student theses on HRM issues and collaborates with partner universities in Finland and Canada. She teaches modules such as 'Current Issues in HRM' and 'International Project Management' across bachelor’s and master’s programs.
