Orhan Bahadır Doğan is an Assistant Professor of Marketing & Supply Chain Management at the University of Oklahoma’s Michael F. Price College of Business. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Marketing from Georgia State University (2021, 2013), a B.S. in Business Administration from Marmara University (2011), and studied abroad at SRH Hochschule Berlin (2010). His research bridges technology and marketing, focusing on digital nudging, wearable technology, customer wellness, and stakeholder engagement in digital contexts.

He has presented at premier conferences including the Winter AMA Conference, ISMS Marketing Science Doctoral Consortium, and AMA Global SIG Conference.
Professor Doğan’s awards include the 2020 GTA Teaching Excellence Award, the 2020 Lisa Scheer Dissertation Award First Runner-Up, and the 2018 Best Paper in Customer Engagement. He has served as a reviewer for journals like the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and contributed to academic committees. As an instructor, he has taught courses in Marketing Research and Analytics at both undergraduate and Master’s levels, integrating machine learning and industry insights.
