Associate Professor Nichola Robertson holds a position in the Department of Marketing at Deakin Business School, part of the Faculty of Business and Law at Deakin University. She specializes in Service Marketing, with a focus on consumer vulnerability, service failure recovery, and transformative service systems. Her research has been published in journals like the Journal of Service Research and European Journal of Marketing.
Robertson earned a PhD from Deakin University, along with a Master of Business and Bachelor of Business from Victoria University of Technology.
