Dr. Ho Yin Wong is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Marketing in Deakin Business School, part of Deakin University's Faculty of Business and Law. With over 12 years of industry experience, he teaches marketing units at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His research focuses on marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and service quality in higher education and healthcare sectors. He has supervised multiple doctoral students in areas like medical tourism and brand equity, and his work has been recognized with awards from the Emerald Literati Network. He holds a PhD from Griffith University and master’s degrees from City University of Hong Kong and the University of Stirling.
