Misun 'Sunny' Kim is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (2024) and multiple advanced degrees in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University (2020), alongside dual BAs from Sookmyung Women’s University and Le Cordon Bleu in South Korea (2014).
Her research focuses on employee well-being, technology mediation (e.g., mobile ordering systems), work-family dynamics, and customer-employee interactions.
