Luca Ignazio de Astis

Luca Ignazio de Astis is a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul, part of Özyeğin University. He holds a Kitchen Management diploma (1995) and a Hotel Management diploma (1997) from the Hospitality Management Institute Amerigo Vespucci in Milan. With extensive international experience, he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, France, and Spain, including roles as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine. He later served as Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotels in Istanbul and Prague, and at Grand Hotel Tiffi in Poland. His career includes leadership programs such as PDP, DLP, and the Four Seasons Top Talent Program. Since 2020, he has been teaching culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul.
