Dr Mina Askovic is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Sydney, affiliated with the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies. Her work focuses on creating thriving work environments through evidence-based practices, particularly in healthcare and social assistance sectors. She leads partnerships with industry organizations as part of the Design for Care research team, applying academic insights to improve employee well-being.
