Professor Anya Johnson is a Professor and Head of Discipline in Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney Business School. She co-directs the Body, Heart and Mind in Business Research Group, focusing on employee performance, health, and well-being through interdisciplinary research. Her expertise spans emotional regulation in workplaces, team dynamics, and healthcare work design. She holds a BPsych from the University of Western Australia, MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield, and a PhD from the University of Manchester.
