Dr. Anu Jolly is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the University of Western Australia's School of Psychological Science, where she completed her PhD (2021) and Master's (2020). She holds adjunct positions as Research Fellow at the Future of Work Institute (2024–present) and Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Sydney (2022–2024). Her research focuses on redesigning work environments to enhance ethical decision-making and mental health in healthcare and social care sectors.
Key research interests include work design, mental health interventions, employee well-being, and organizational ethics. She collaborates with aged care, disability care, and foster care organizations to implement participatory work redesign strategies.
