Michael Hellner is a Professor of International Private and Procedural Law at the Department of Law, Stockholm University, where he has been employed since 2012. He previously held academic positions at Riga Graduate School of Law (Associate Professor in EU Law, 2001–2003) and Uppsala University (Senior Lecturer in Private International Law, 2006–2012). His career includes significant roles in legal negotiations and legislative matters.
