Matthew Albert is a Clinical Programs Lecturer at Melbourne Law School and a practising barrister. He holds a postgraduate degree in International Refugee Law from the University of Oxford, where he received the highest mark ever awarded for the course. His expertise spans constitutional law, administrative law, refugee law, and environmental displacement.
